Wedding Details & RSVP

Welcome Party

Date: January 10th, 2014

Time: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Location: Cabana Bar & Beach Club, Swan & Dolphin Resort

Bring the kids, bring your sandals, bring your towels (if you'd like to take a dip)! We'll provide the pool, some snacks, and drinks! Thank you for choosing to spend some time with us on our special day!!

Ceremony

Date: January 11th, 2014

Time: 4:00 p.m.

Location: White Sand Beach, Swan & Dolphin Resort

While we will be dressed fairly formally for the ceremony (Travis' mom wants to see him in a tux, and well, he'll look so handsome that I can't, in good conscience, refuse her), it will be an outdoor, afternoon, beach ceremony. We want everyone to dress comfortably enough that they would not feel uncomfortable walking through the parks before or after the ceremony. Please no jeans or t-shirts, though, unless you're under the age of five. Also, please remember that even though it is Florida, it IS January, so you may want to have the option of layers depending on the weather that day. A backup venue will be available should the weather decide not to cooperate at all. A room at the Swan will be available the day of if any guests would like to change clothes there, although please coordinate this with us in advance so that we can ensure access to it!

Fireworks Party

Date: January 11th, 2014

Time: 8:30 p.m.

Location: Italy Isola West, EPCOT Center
PLEASE MEET AT THE INTERNATIONAL GATEWAY AT 8:00 P.M.

We felt it was a bit unfair to ask guests, some with children and/or limited time, to travel all the way to Orlando and then keep them away from all the attractions! We found out about the IllumiNations Fireworks private dessert parties, and that seemed like the perfect solution - what a better way to celebrate our family than with a VIP view of magical Disney fireworks! This will be a private party, so unfortunately, we can only extend this invitation to our wedding guests; if you meet up with other friends of yours at the parks, they will not be on the list!

Viewing passes will be used as park admission to (ONLY!) the fireworks and party for guests who do not have access to the EPCOT Center park, so please let us know with your RSVP if you are NOT planning to purchase a Park Pass for EPCOT or a Park Hopper for that day so that we can ensure you have a viewing pass instead.

UPDATE: We will be handing out wristbands at the wedding ceremony to all guests who will be going to the fireworks party that evening. Please do not lose these, as they will guarantee your entrance to the park for the party. Disney personnel will NOT allow anyone who does not have one of these wristbands to attend the party!
